Your memos are stored persistently on your device using AsyncStorage (for mobile applications) or standard browser cache/localStorage. This data is not uploaded to our servers. You remain the sole owner of your files.
3. Third-Party Services
The app does not use third-party analytics, tracking tools, advertisement frameworks, or cloud reporting engines. No tracking cookies are stored.

By downloading, testing, or using the MeshWrite application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Use License & Closed Testing
Subject to these terms, MeshWrite grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software solely for testing and personal note-taking purposes during our closed-beta program.
2. Local Data Responsibility
You acknowledge that MeshWrite is an offline-first tool. All data is saved on your device's physical storage. **We are not responsible for any note loss, formatting issues, or hardware errors resulting in data deletion**. It is your responsibility to manually backup your critical memos.
3. Intellectual Property
The software, UI design, brand visual assets, and underlying code are the exclusive property of MeshWrite. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the app's compiled packages without prior written permission.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
MeshWrite is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
