Subject to these terms, MeshWrite grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software solely for personal note-taking, testing, and evaluation during our closed-beta program.

2. Local Data & User Responsibility

You acknowledge that MeshWrite is a client-side offline application. All data is saved on your device's physical storage. **We are not responsible for any note loss, formatting issues, or hardware errors resulting in data deletion**. It is your responsibility to manually backup your critical memos.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the application.
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, state, or international laws.
• Distribute or sublicense the compiled binary packages of the application without prior authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

The software, user interface designs, codebases, trade names, brand marks, and graphic assets are the exclusive property of MeshWrite. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

MeshWrite is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations that the software will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, or be entirely free of errors or bugs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall MeshWrite or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
